SO, WHAT IF WE NEED TO CANCEL?
Such a bummer, but life does happen. Sessions can actually be gifted to friends who can take your spot please just let us know in advance! But, If you need to completely cancel more than 24 hours in advance of your session, you will be refunded half of your session fee. If canceled within 24 hours of your session, no session fees can be refunded. Please email us hello@jackiewonders.com to initiate your refund. If a written cancellation email is not initiated within 3 days of the shoot, no refunds will be given.

THE QUESTION EVERY PARENT WANTS TO KNOW… WHAT IF MY CHILD IS JUST NOT HAVING IT?!
Because we schedule sessions like we do, 3 rotating kids per hour, we are pretty good at the art of distraction and avoiding meltdowns, as we don’t feel the need to make them perform. However, kids being kids is kind of the best part, right? Cute pouty faces, snarky grins or even some tears can really be endearing 🙂 We like to pride ourselves on documenting all the in-betweens, which means getting photos of crying, then snack break, then laughing 2 seconds later 🙂
HOW EARLY SHOULD WE GET TO THE STUDIO?
Arriving early is key! Please get there about 15 minutes prior to your session starting, but please wait outside while the other kids are wrapping up and keep them free from too many distractions.
DO WE NEED TO BRING ANYTHING SPECIAL TO OUR SESSION?
Why, yes! Please bring two favorite outfit options including any accessories, and a favorite item of the moment ( book, hat, costume, doll, truck, etc.) If your child has a favorite snack or craft, please bring those too!
CAN MOM OR DAD HOP IN THE PHOTOS?
Sorry Moms and Dads or Grandmas and Grandpas, these sessions are JUST for kids 6-8 months(sitting up) up to 10 years old 🙂
WHAT SHOULD MY KIDDO WEAR?
Mini fashion is so sweet and fun! Color, clean lines and minimalism is our goal. We want your kid to be the center of the image and not their outfit to distract from their sweet faces 🙂 So, crazy distracting logos need not apply 😉 Take a peek and follow along on our Pinterest. WE’RE EXCITED TO BOOK A SESSION! HOW DO WE DO IT?
Rad! We’re excited to meet you and photograph your little love! Go to the online contact form, find your date and choose your desired time slot. If you have two children you’d like to include, you can book two kiddos for the same session. No more than two kids per session. If you have 3 or 4 kids, please book another session at the same hour. We will email a reminder the week before the shoot.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE SESSION FEE?
Time and talent with Jackie Wonders photography, snacks and activities at the shoot, and a private online gallery with a minimum of 20 final images that are all yours. We do not hold any images hostage 🙂 Instructions on how to download your high resolution images will be in your gallery delivery email. Jackie Wonders Photography retains copyright, but you will have print release permissions.
WHY NOT JUST ONE CHILD PER HOUR, WHY 3?
Kids are little humans, with their own emotions. And for some it can be a tad overwhelming at first! Giving them some time to warm up and watch a few others get in there and take some photos can help a ton. If one kid needs time to warm up, we’ll start with the other kids first. This rotation and free floating technique really gets the most quality photos for each child.
